Our mission is to help children grow into thoughtful, confident, and curious individuals. Through chess and the arts, we cultivate skills that extend far beyond the classroom, including critical thinking, resilience, creativity, empathy, and self-belief. Success is measured not only by accolades, but by growth in character, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning.

Our Philosophy and Approach

The Scholastic Chess and Art Academy is an educational community dedicated to nurturing the whole child through chess, art, and creative play. We were created with the belief that learning should feel meaningful, engaging, and deeply human, not rushed or transactional. Here, children are encouraged to think deeply, create freely, explore with curiosity, and grow with confidence in ways that honor their individuality.

We believe every child deserves a place where they feel welcomed, valued, and capable of growth. Our academy is intentionally designed to be inclusive and supportive, a space where students of all backgrounds, abilities, skill levels, and learning styles can thrive. Whether stepping into chess or art for the first time or continuing years of study, each child is met with patience, encouragement, and genuine care.
